Return Policy:
All sales made by Searchlighting.com at the Searchlighting.com website, through e-mail, through telephone contact or any other means are final. Examine all shipping cartons and packaging immediately upon receipt, and report damaged materials to the shipping carrier immediately. In the event that an item is defective, Searchlighting.com will take all steps it deems necessary to repair or replace the defective item. In the event that Searchlighting.com does accept the return of a purchased item, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, in addition to a 25% of total sale re-stocking fee. Because all items at Searchlighting.com are custom manufactured or ordered for the customer, Searchlighting.com reserves the right to enforce its "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" policy.
Delivery Times:
Most of the items available for sale on the Searchlighting.com website are custom manufactured to customer specifications upon receipt of your order. As a result, customers should expect standard delivery times to be between 3-6 weeks for these items. Custom manufactured in the USA product lines include, but are not limited to the following: Arroyo, H A Framburg, Wilshire Mfg., Hanover Lantern and Northeast Lanterns. We also have custom manufactured European lines including, but are not limited to the following: LEDS, Lamp Internationale, Le Klint, Leucos, Neuhaus and Firme di Vetro, that if not in stock in the USA, can take up to 12 weeks for delivery. Taxes:
Searchlighting.com is a registered corporation in the State of New York and is responsible for collecting 8.5% sales tax on all orders shipped to New York State. Our shopping cart system will automatically compute this tax for orders shipped inside of New York State.
Order Confirmation:
Upon receipt of your order, our secure shopping system will immediately e-mail a receipt to you, listing the details of your order, and a secure link where you can track the status of your order 24 hours a day. For your protection, this receipt will not include the entire credit card number you used to complete the transaction.
